The Lakrids A-B-C gift box makes a great gift for liquorice lovers and flavour adventurers! The elegant and unique blends are flavours you wouldn’t usually see with liquorice, yet here Lakrids’ liquorice expertise comes into its own. Included in the stylish presentation box are three different full size treats:

• Lakrids A –milk chocolate coated liquorice dusted with raw liquorice powder
• Lakrids B – rich white chocolate coated liquorice, with cooling and moreish freeze-dried passion fruit
• Lakrids C –dark chocolate coated liquorice pieces dusted in ground roast coffee beans

Lakrids liquorice comes all the way from one of the finest liquorice producers in Denmark, the home of liquorice. In 2007, Lakrids started as the dream of Johan Bülow, who didn’t understand why liquorice was so rarely blended with other flavours. Nor why liquorice had traditionally been made using wheat flour, instead of a gluten free flour. It turns out that both are very difficult! But with much trial and error, Johan Bülow started to produce some of the finest liquorice in the world. Lakrids liquorice is only made with gluten free rice flour, and he treats liquorice as a spice – one which enhances and perfectly complements other flavours.

Ingredients:
Lakrids A: 63% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, sugar, treacle, glucose syrup, 3.6% raw liquorice, rapeseed oil, salt, anise oil, glazing agent: shellac. Minimum 35% cocoa solids. Gluten free.
Lakrids B: 61% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), 18% sugar, rice flour, invert sugar syrup, treacle, glucose syrup, 2% raw liquorice, 2% passion fruit (freeze-dried), rapeseed oil, acid: malic acid, salt, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac, carnauba wax), colours (calcium carbonate, carotenes), natural passion fruit flavour, anise oil. Minimum 27% cocoa solids. Gluten free.
Lakrids C: 64% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, sugar, treacle, glucose syrup, 3.4% roasted coffee beans (Kenya, Kieni), 2% raw liquorice, rapeseed oil, salt, anise oil, glazing agent: shellac. Minimum 35% cocoa solids. Gluten free.
